  • ★ I prefer CashApp for payment, although I can do Paypal/Ko-Fi if necessary.

  • ★ Commissions have a 1-2 week turnaround time. I will be sure to notify you if anything comes up.

  • ★ If you wish to add an additional character to your commission, the cost of your commission will increase 50% (EX: A $10 commission would become $15)

  • ★ Commission prices are subject to increase. Things that may increase your price include:

  • - ★ A lot of extra details

  • - ★ Extra limbs

  • - ★ Backgrounds

  • ★ Other Rules:

  • - ★ I have the right to refuse any commission.

  • - ★ Do not spam me. If I do not reply, it is simply because I’m busy. I will get back to you.

  • - ★ All payment will come in USD through CashApp, Paypal, or Ko-Fi.

  • - ★ High quality art files will only be provided AFTER I’ve received 100% of your pay.

  • - ★ Work will be sent via email, Discord, Instagram, or Toyhou.se.

ADOPTABLE + CHARACTER DESIGN T.O.S

  • -★Personal use only. (Commercial use fees can be discussed.)

  • -★It's okay to change the design! I just ask that the design is still recognizable.

  • -★Do not claim the artwork as your own, credit me for the art and design! NEVER remove my watermark.

  • -★Trades, gifts, and reselling is fine. Do not resell for higher than you bought it for.

  • -★Never use my designs for anything problematic. If you ever come across one of my designs being used for something horrible, know that I do not support this use.

  • -★My art may never be used to train AI or used for NFT.

  • -★(toyhouse specific) NEVER remove my art from my designs. Doing so will result in being blacklisted.

  • -★(toyhouse specific) NEVER remove my designs from Toyhouse. You can upload to other platforms (with credit,) but keep them on Toyhouse as well. Deleting my designs from TH will result in being blacklisted.

  • -★(toyhouse specific) You are allowed to make my designs private, however I must be authorized to view it.
